Sound Questions!
1.What range of frequencies are detectable to the human ear?
20Hz to 20kHz that we can hear in our ears2. Define Audio
Audio means of sound or "of the reproduction of sound.
3. Audio production involves what four elements of audio?
Production, recording, manipulation and reproduction of sound waves.
4. List 10 careers in audio and list a local company for six of the career fields
Studio Sound Engineer , Live Sound Engineer, Musician, Music Producer, DJ, Radio technician, Film/Television Sound Recordist, field Sound Engineer, Audio Editor, Post-Production Audio Creator , Sonic Arts is a local company
5. List three careers that need to have an understanding of audio production concepts
Music producer, Audio editor, flim director.
6. A person rings a bell and another person hears the sound. Draw a diagram (in your composition book) of how this sound is created, transmitted, and received by a human
7. What is a waveform?
Resulting Curves from sound
8. Is sound two dimensional or three dimensional?
Sound Is two dimensional
9. How do variations in sound pressure correlate to a waveform diagram?
Air Molecules
10. Illustrate (in your composition book) the difference between wavelength, amplitude, and frequency.
11. Diagram (in your composition book) in phase, 180deg out of phase, and different wave and how they interact.
12. Define transducerA device which converts energy from one form into another. The two types of transducers we will deal with are microphones (which convert acoustical energy into electrical energy) and speakers (which convert electrical energy into acoustical energy
13. Define amplifierA device which takes a signal and increases it's power (i.e. it increases the amplitude
14. Define signal processor
devices and software which allow the manipulation of the signal in various ways. The most common processors are tonal adjusters such as bass and treble controls.
15. Diagram (in your composition book) the 3 part model as described in the article.

Castle Pics
Those are four pictures of my imd Castle
The biggest challenge so far in 3d Modeling is that it is kinda hard to put things together precisely. It is also kind of hard to Splice Simple shapes and put them exactly where you want them.
What i have learned about 3d modeling is that You Can keep copying the shape you have, so you dont have to keep making the same shape and coming out differently everytime. Another thing i have learned about 3d modeling is that you can use simple shapes to make very complex buildings and copy the buildings as well.
If i did my castle over again, I would add more detail and more shapes to it. Also, I would add landscapes all around my castle.
My research sketch was kinda helpful because i used some of the shapes and the ideas that i would have used in my whole castle idea. Some ideas were cut out of the final editing of the castle, like the towers and the Cones.
